cancellation policy for monthly services will be:
- If the second party wishes to cancel the agreement before starting to provide the service, the following required:
- To communicate with the first party 24 hours before the date of receipt and submit a cancellation request.
- He must pay a cancellation fee of (1%) of the total value of the agreement. Provided that the first party is obligated to return what the second party paid after deducting the mentioned fees within a maximum period of (14) days

- The value of the benefited days should be calculated according to the contract category for the elapsed period, provided that the first party is obligated to return what the second party paid after deducting the mentioned fees within a maximum period of (14) days.
